Sibsea fermented soyabean is a traditional fermented soyabean delicacy of Nagaland, known for its strong aroma and rich flavour. A staple in sumi cuisine, axone is highly valued for it’s distinctive taste and authentic character.

Sibsea’s axone is prepared using simple, traditional methods with only plain soyabeans sourced from Zunheboto district, Nagaland  naturally  fermented and carefully dried, it preserves the true essence of Naga culinary.

The fermented beans can be used in a variety of dishes and are also suitable for making pickles, adding strong and deep flavour to your cooking.
